1. What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday-Friday from 10AM-4PM. We are also open on the 1st and Last Saturday of each month from 9AM-1PM.
2. Where are you located?
We are located at Shop 13 Carib Arcade, 97 Main Street, Ocho Rios, St Ann, (Pineapple) . We are right beside Central Medical Labs.
3. Do you accept health insurance?
Yes we accept all major health insurance.
4. Will my insurance cover my visit?
Depending on the type of coverage you have and the services needed during your visit your insurance may cover all or part of the cost.
5. Do you offer accept debit and credit cards?
Yes we accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard etc)
6. Do you offer financing options?
We do not offer payment plans or credit for services rendered.
7. What if I need to see a specialist?
If during the course of your visit we determine that you will benefit from specialist consultation,
we will readily refer you to a competent professional.
8. Do I need an appointment?
Please note that we take walk ins so an appointment is not a necessity.
However if you desire an appointment you can make one by:
1. Calling us
2. Sending us a WhatsApp message
3. Using the Daisy Health App to schedule it.
We ask that you be in office at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time
to ensure that you can be registered and your vitals so prior to your appointment time.
